Claxton, a UK-based SJE Group investment specialising in engineering and services for shallow-water, has signed a master service agreement (MSA) with Aker BP. The MSA covers Aker BP’s Norwegian operations and includes Claxton’s range of drilling support services and asset life extension and decommissioning equipment and services.
The agreement is initially for four years, with four options for two-year extensions to give a total of 12 years.
