Two New Solar Parks, France

VALOREM, a France based SJE Group investment, together with ING Bank, has raised 30M€ for two new PV solar parks to be constructed in Mézos and Pinvert. These two parks will have a capacity of 34MWp and will be the largest ever built by VALOREM in France.

The two PV parks are scheduled to be commissioned in early 2021. There will be more than 78 000 SunPower modules mounted on single-axis trackers provided by Exosun with SMA inverters. Annual production is expected to be 53GWh, the equivalent consumption of 20,000 households and will save on 20,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year.

The SJE Group congratulates Jean-Yves Grandidier (Chairman, VALOREM), ING and the rest of the Board. The SJE Group also acknowledges the various advisors who assisted with this capital raising, including: Watson Farley & Williams, RINA, Cabinet Mathieu and Karila, and FIDAL.
