Covenant Physician Partners, a US-based SJE Group investment, has appointed three senior leaders to the Executive Leadership Team: Jason Dean as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer; Mark Kelly as Senior Vice President, Eye Care; and Beth Wampler as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer.
Jason Dean, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Jason joined Covenant in April 2018 as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. During his tenure, he has helped Covenant to manage its financial reporting resources, improved auditing processes and decreased the time to close the company’s books each cycle. He is currently leading the implementation of a state-of-the-art Source-to-Pay system. Jason is a Certified Public Accountant with the state of Tennessee and holds a Certified Internal Auditor designation.
Mark Kelly, Senior Vice President, Eye Care
Covenant welcomed Mark in November 2018 to lead its growing Eye Care division. Since joining the company, he has been instrumental to the growth of that business, which has doubled both in revenue and the number of office and practice physicians over the past year. Prior to joining Covenant, Mark served as CEO at multiple ophthalmology practices, driving double-digit growth and overseeing 200+ staff across 10 sites.
Beth Wampler, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer
Beth has been with Covenant since July 2013 serving as Vice President of Human Resources. During this time, she has been responsible for all HR functions, supporting the company’s growth from 400 to more than 1,700 associates across the country. Beth is certified with the Society of Human Resource Management as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
The SJE Group congratulates Jason, Mark, Beth, Lew Little Jr. (President and CEO at Covenant) and the rest of the Executive Leadership Team.
