Welcoming Katherine Harper


BDP International, a US based SJE Group investment, has named Katherine Harper as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).


Katherine is a highly experienced financial professional and business leader whose 30-year career has spanned global public and private companies.  Most recently, she was CFO of AgroFresh, a produce freshness solutions company. She has also served as CFO of Tronox, Chief Financial & Business Development Officer, Rio Tinto Diamonds and Minerals Group, and held a variety of other roles. Her experience includes improving enterprise capital structure and liquidity; multiple acquisitions; driving cost optimization and reduction programs resulting in material savings and cash generation.


Katherine will oversee all aspects of BDP’s financial operations throughout its global network of wholly-owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
